About the Project

Who's Next? was a short film produced unexpectedly within only two day, covering the entire process from pre-production to post-production. The project was created at the request of the Broadcasting Award 2025 organizing committee as a closing film featuring the committee members, which was screened during the main event.

Due to the extremely limited production time, the project required fast decision-making, efficient coordination, and strong teamwork. I served as the Assistant Director and Assistant Camera Person, supporting both the directing and camera departments throughout the production process. Despite the tight deadline, the team successfully completed the film in time for the event.

My Responsibilities

• Assisted the Director in managing the production workflow and on-set activities.
• Coordinated with the cast and crew to ensure scenes followed the production plan.
• Supported camera setup, framing, and equipment preparation during shooting.
• Assisted the Camera Department in maintaining shot continuity and technical readiness.
• Communicated between the directing and camera teams during production.
• Adapted the production plan to the two-day production schedule.
• Assisted in handling quick changes and on-set decisions under tight time constraints.
• Supported the team in completing the production and post-production process before the event deadline.
