About the Project

The White Robe is my first short film project and marked my debut as a film producer. This project was created as our first short film assignment at university, bringing together a small production team to develop an original story from pre-production to post-production.

I served as the Producer, responsible for managing the overall production process, coordinating the crew, and ensuring that the project was executed according to the planned schedule and creative direction. Working closely with the director and production team, I helped bring the film concept to life while managing the various technical and logistical requirements throughout the production.

• Managed the overall production process from pre-production to post-production.

• Oversaw production needs, including crew, equipment, locations, and logistics.
• Developed and organized the production plan, including schedules and task assignments.
• Coordinated communication between the production, creative, and technical teams.
• Worked closely with the director and creative team to bring the film concept to life.
• Monitored the production process on set and handled issues that arose during filming.
• Ensured the production workflow remained efficient from preparation through completion.
