About the Project

Fresh Meat was a short film project where I once again took on the role of Producer, while also performing as one of the main cast members. With only approximately one week of preparation, I worked closely with the team to plan, organize, and execute the production within a very limited timeframe.

Despite the tight production schedule, the team successfully completed the film through effective coordination, task distribution, and efficient use of available resources. Taking on both production and acting responsibilities also required me to balance my responsibilities behind the scenes with my role in front of the camera.

This project became a valuable experience in managing a fast-paced production environment, making quick decisions, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining the production workflow while simultaneously performing as a cast member.

My Responsibilities

• Managed the overall production process from pre-production to final delivery.
• Coordinated the crew, equipment, locations, and production requirements within a one-week preparation period.
• Developed and organized the production plan to maximize the limited preparation time.
• Coordinated task distribution and communication between different production departments.
• Contributed to the development of the film's story and creative concept.
• Managed production logistics and ensured essential requirements were available on set.
• Made quick production decisions and handled issues during the filmmaking process.
• Maintained an efficient workflow throughout the production despite the limited schedule.
• Performed as one of the main cast members while simultaneously overseeing production responsibilities.
• Coordinated with the director and crew to balance my responsibilities as both Producer and Cast.
• Assisted in ensuring the production stayed on schedule from preparation through final delivery.
